Over the years ICDS Securities has acquired expertise in various financial services.  It has operationally two divisions,  Broking & Financial Products Distribution Division and Banking Services Division.  The company is a corporate member National Stock Exchange of India Ltd, The Bombay Stock Exchange Limited, MCX Stock Exchange Limited and the Bangalore Stock Exchange Limited
